My another Oxford friend,Rudolf DeMello was the then Secretary of the Youth Congress. I was assisted by a team from Delhi University, headed by Prof.Ashish Bose.,my friend for long years. Instead of helping me the state government overlooking my noble representation and requisition on HIGH-CORRUPTION SCAM by Few Corrupted Police officers and Businessman.
In this corruption scam Mr.Y.Gangadhar,I.P.S., (The Superintendent of Police Karimnagar), The Sub-Divisional Police Officer Jammikunta, The Circle Inspector of Police Jammikunta, Fire Department officer jammikunta, The Sub-Inspector of police Jammikunta and the colluded businessman are totally involved in corruption scam to get positive report to claim the insurance amount of M/S SALASAR COTTON GINNING MILL FIRE ACCIDENT which is happened on: 11-01-2008. I indeed need a chance to submit the corruption report to the INDIAN Government to focus on the above subject and do needful. Even though my family members are suffering alot with the harassment of local police at Karimnagar and till the date my younger brother Mr.VIJAY OJHA is in 1-town police station Karimnagar. Because the corrupted officers and businessman are trying to know my present address, which they don’t know and i got the latest information that they are using there tactics to file a cheating case against me by submitting that i took the money by using the name of senior officers. I need a chance to submit my information than government of INDIA decides that who are cheaters and frauds! I will teach a lesson to these corrupted and culprits human beings. SECTION-49′O: Is the real weapon of every INDIAN citizen to teach the lesson to BAD & CORRUPTED POLITICAL SYSTEM.
Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969act, in section “49-O” that a person can go to the polling booth. confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding Election Officer that he doesn’t want to VOTE anyone in the voting screen!
YES such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly Notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is call Section “49-O”.
A) Section-49′O: Elector deciding not to vote. If an elector, after his electrol roll number has been duly entered in the register of voters in Form-17A and has put his signature or thumb impression thereon as required under sud-rule (1) of rule 49L, decided not to record his vote, a remark to this effected shall be made against the said entry in Form 17A the presiding officer and the signature or thumb impression of the elector shall be obtained against such remark.
B) Why should you go and say ” I VOTE NOBODY”… Because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 VOTES, and that particular ward has Received “49-O” votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them.
C) Section-”49-O”: This would bring fear into political parties and hence look for genuine candidates for there parties for election. This would change the way, of our total political system… It is seemingly surprising why the Election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public.
D) Section “49-O”: Expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than VOTING… So don’t miss your chance!

At the first stare, I Ghansham Ojha, F&P IYSO Team INDIA apology for sending my revive plea WRIT W.P.NO 25509 of 2008 request through SMS, because i don’t find any alternate source to submit my noble plea directly to your kind notice. Actually i tryed to meet you personally and discus on our noble plea which is in large interest of public and welfare of society. I also tryed to take your valuable appointment from your concerned office staff. But i am failure to get helping hand and also dissapointed with no response.
Besides, I wish to bring to your greater attention that our noble plea, regarding MUKTHIDHAM GRAVEYARD Foundation Stone dismantled issue at Karimnagar On: 01-02-2008 and also the concerned authorities stopped us to continue our noble work in large interest of public, we approached The Hon’ble High Court of A.P with the hopes that we will get justice and submitted our requisition mail on: 01-09-2008 and requested to the Hon’ble Court to focus into the matter and do needful. Later on Hon’ble Court focused our plea as a noble plea and issued WRIT W.P.NO: 25509 of 2008 on: 21-11-2008.
We were shocked when we comes to know about the unjustified orders issued by Hon’ble Court and rejected our noble plea W.P.NO:25509 of 2008 on 02-02-2009 without looking into relevent papers and tactics of 5th respondent of WRIT appeal and issued unjustified orders in large interest of public, which is not correct.
In this regard, I have forwarded the REVIVE appeal along with C.D.Mailer on: 03-03-2009 through corrier service to the Hon’ble High Court of A.P and requested to revive our noble plea W.P.NO: 25509 of 2008.
It’s our “Humble Request to you sir” please please focus on our noble plea and do the social justice. Sir It’s indeed required to develop the exisiting graveyards for all section of people, please help us and think about the needy family who attend the existing graveyard which is total undeveloped and in bad shape and nobody looking into matter, we also request you to appoint enquiry commission and ask them to submit the report than you will get the perfect report.
Sir, especially in rainy season it is difficult to organize the funeral ceremony, because there is no shulter and there is no wood stall to get the suitable bricks to preform the funeral ceremony. I am a human being like other, but i have a social zeal and service oriented mind with the grace of GOD. What a greater Nation? People has to fight for justice, regarding GRAVEYARDS, even though we have noticed to our Nation supremo’s but no use. We have received mails from Hon’ble Prime Minister of INDIA & Hon’ble President of Republic INDIA. But who cares? No value for Nation supremo’s mail than who will care common man in our REPUBLIC Nation.
We strongly oppose the unjustified orders which was issued by the Hon’ble Court. In fact the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Respondents submitted total false information and cheated the Hon’ble Court, but no use and they are successful to cheat the Hon’ble Court with there tactics.
We strongly feel that everything is corrupted and colluded in our country and it’s is 100 percent true that JUTSICE is blind and it proves with unjustified orders, which was issued by Hon’ble High Court of A.P in favor of our noble plea W.P.M.P.NO:25509 of 2008 Dated: 21-11-2008. We filed nearly about 250-pages of total true information with full proof indetail to the Hon’ble High Court of A.P but overlook by the concerned justice and issued unjustified orders without looking into relevent papers of our WRIT appeal.
Important note: In reply counter by the 5th respondent (The Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Karimnagar) submitted that the WRIT petitioner collected illegal funding and dismantled the tumbs of “Washer man community” for which the washerman community approach police and the case was registered C.C.No: 316/2007 which is pending in Spl.Mobile Court of Karimnagar. But the fact is that the total information by 5th respondent to the Hon’ble Court is false and baseless, because we never collected single pie from anybody and also the C.C.NO: 316/2007 is not on my name, it is on Late.Mr.Narahari Laxmanji ( Former Municipal Chairman Karimnagar) and others.
Besides, I wish to submit that i am submitting the noble plea IN THE HON’BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA for social justice and request to focus into the matter and consider our request as a pleasant with unified attention and do needful. We also pray to the Hon’ble Court that punish the culprits and colluded officers, political people and WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN in the matter.

No one so far came with this kind of option regarding the constitution of India 1969 Act. The section 49-O gives the massive power to the citizens to cast the vote for good persons who realy represent the people, and enhance the Nation Pride by giving security, ecconomic, good living, punishing bad elemented people. But now we are rarely see the cadidates of such good moral charrecter persons who stood in the Election contest. “self sufficiant person is more Dangerous than a Greedy”

This is a public interest litigation wherein the petitioner – organization has prayed for a direction to the effect that respondent no.5 – Municipal Corporation, Karimnagar be directed to allot some land situated at Manair river bank, Karimnagar so that the petitioner-organization can develop it for the purpose of using it by public as burial/cremation ground.
It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner-organization had put up foundation stone on the land in question which has been removed by respondent no.5 – Corporation and thereby the petitioner has not been permitted to construct grave yard/crematorium which is really required at Karimnagar.
In pursuance of notice issued by this Court, the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.5 has filed counter affidavit and has submitted that the land in question had not been granted to the petitioner-organization and even possession of the land in question had not been given to the petitioner – organization. Moreover, no permission has evern been granted by respondent no.5 for using the land in question as a burial/cremation ground. In the circumstances, according to the learned advocate appearing for respondent no.5, the petitioner – organization has no right to construct or develop a burial ground or crematorium on the land, which belongs to respondent no.5.
We have heard the learned advocates and have gone through the relevant papers. In our opinion, the petitioner-organization has no right to get the land from respondent no.5 – Corporation for development of a crematorium or burial ground. In our opinion, there is no legal or fundamental right of the petitioner-organization, which has been violated and there is no duty cast upon the respondent No.5 to allot or release land to the petitioner organization for developing the same as burial ground/graveyard.
In the circumstances, we do not find any substance in the petition. The petition is rejected with no order as to costs.

But the same has been cancelled by the the same concerned authorities of Karimnagar. Is it correct to cancell the Valid weapon license according to INDIAN law?
c) I wish to inform our dearest citizens that i am fighting against the Corrupted & Colluded Police system and business man of Karimnagar and i made a noble project report with the name Operation-ACT (ANTI CORRUPTION TEAM) and collected total information on High-Corruption and that’s why my weapon license has been cancelled without any strong reasons. But I have aquestion in my mind from the day is it necessary to think about our personal future, instead of leaving our Nation future! For which we have to think about our age limits? Anyway I am thankfull for his valable & remarkable suggestions and the oral support he given, I never forget till the end of my life time.
I also wish to bring to your greater attention that on Dated: 04-02-2008 the Karimnagar concerned authorities accorded me a WEAPON license bearing number 1310/Karimnagar/2008 and valid upto 03-02-2011. But in the month of Feb-2009 they cancelled my WEAPON license without any reason. It’s pretty to see paralysed system, which can accord the WEAPON license first and after fulfilling there self benefits they cancel the License. Is this the INDIAN system?
a) On what conditions and grounds the WEAPON license accorded me? Let me know.
b) On which grounds my WEAPON license has been cancelled?
c) I applied for extention of time as per LAW to accord me some more time to produce the side & suitable weapon to the concerned authorities for approval than why it was cancelled? I need the correct answer!
d) Is it in the LAW that once you accord the weapon license, you can cancelled the license without any reason?
Everybody knows at my Home-Town karimnagar that I am the well wisher of Police Department and have the good communication with higher officials than why this cheap game against me and my noble services. It is a open challenge , if you prove that from last 33-years if any Cheating, Fraud or Abusing case against me, I am ready for any punishment as per INDIAN LAW. I have only one case against me is only 309 IPC, regarding I went FAST UNTO DEATH for Mukthi dham graveyard foundation stone dismantled issue and I organized protest Opp: District Collector office karimnagar on 01-08-2009. I also organized number of programs on Traffic awareness and Blood donation at Karimnagar and Greater Hyderabad and people know very well about me and my social service. Whenever I do such activities, I never feel that I am doing any favors and doing such job which appreciates me and my team. We just do the job sincerely for a betterment of our Nation. We never count that we did such a work which should be appreciated by someone, we just do in large interest of public. That’s all to say about me and my services.
